Jaye's camped out in her room, watching her Misguided DVD's.

All animals have been shoved under the bed. They're trying to sing. Jaye's ignoring them.

"I'm sure we can. After all, we still have to get back at the fifth floor," she says seriously.

"True, but that might involve too much moving around." She doesn't seem to be protesting so he sits down on the edge of the bed.

"Moving's bad?" she asks, looking over at him.

"I'm sore," he totally pouts about it too.

"What happened?" she asks, because aw, pouting on a cute boy.

"Sparred with Aeryn," it's hard to keep pouting now because he's happy about that. "She kicked my ass."

She's watching his mouth and frowning. "Should I have a Word with her?"

"No," he shakes his head. "It's fine, we used to spar a lot but I'm a bit out of practice. It's just some bruises."

"Lemme see," she says.

He raises an eyebrow and he could argue, but isntead he just pulls up his shirt to show the bruise at his side and on his chest. "It's fine."

"Well, as long as it's fine," she shrugs.

"Well," he says slowly as he lowers his shirt. "It is kinda sore, I might need some tender love and care."

"That's a cheap ploy," she says with a nod. "Not that I won't, but it's a cheap ploy."

"Hey, if it works it works," Cameron protests with a smile. "And I really am sore..." He pouts again to prove it.

She kisses the pout, but says, "Don't think I'm falling for this again."

"Sometimes I get really hurt," he cups her cheek to keep her from pulling back and returns the kiss. "And I'd totally do the same for you."

"I don't get really hurt," she says, but kisses him back anyway.

"Paper cut," he smiles against her lips.

"I'd like to think I'm tougher than that," she says, sliding an arm around him.

"I tend to fuss," he explains as he places kisses along her jaw.

"I stubbed my toe about a week ago," she tells him, tilting her head a little.

He's too distraced to react right away as he's just rediscovered the spot below her ear and it'd be rude if he doesn't pay attention to it for a little while.
