Jaye wakes up irritated and pissy. However, the animals aren't singing for once, and that may be why she's irritated and pissy. Normally she'd welcome the silence, but when there's been something she's had to do every time she goes home, it makes her suspicious.

She finally sits up, looks directly at the lion on her dresser and says, "I don't know what you're up to, but I'm not falling for it!"

And attemps to go back to sleep. Which doesn't work, as she's been nicely conditioned to expect singing until she gets up and goes somewhere else. Sigh.
