Room 417, Wednesday morning

Jaye has nothing until sixth period. The animals stopped singing a while ago, but she's keeping the damn earplugs in and staying in bed with her head under the pillow and thinking "Yay sleep".

He watches her for a moment and he's really not getting this right now. Sighing, he briefly reaches out to touch her forehead, just to make sure she doesn't have a fever or anything like that. Nope.

"Call me if you need anything," he tells her and straightens up to leave.

"'Kay, thanks, bye," she says, already half gone.
